Ok, we have had some explosive growth lately, and thats great, but i think we need some policies on how the Kara groups are going to be run. We are going to run 3 groups. G1 and G2 are going to be run evenings, and the officers are going to take turns running the raids. Who is running what group will be in the MOTD. G3 is going to be run afternoons for shiftworkers and other ppl. that have difficulty with the evening raids. G3 will be run by Windago. I also ask that people avoid getting multiple characters on the same account locked to the same raid. This ensures there is enough flexibility to make sure toons are avail. for all the raid groups if needed. Also, we ask that raid leaders do not draw too deeply into the resources of the guild for one particular raid group, ie. it is NOT ACCEPTABLE for the raid leader of a particular raid group to use the tanks/healers that were going to be in another raid group to complete thier own. I do NOT want to see a raid group with 8 different tanks and healers saved to it. This is not fair to the rest of the guild.

We will be using GC to sign up for the raids. I know its not perfect, but people need to take the time and figure it out and get it configured properly. With 278 toons in the guild, we need to have some sort of system. If you cannot use GC, I will create a sticky forum, you can post in there, for the time and date you wish to attend. You will have to sign up in the forum for every specific raid you wish to attend, just like the GC users have to. It is not acceptable just post once and say "I'm in G2 this week". Also, if your not on at raid time, your spot will be filled by the next available toon. Enough said.

To be continued...

A history of violence.
