If ya havent noticed I'm leading a Kara run may 14th of our core members that I belive that can clear the place pretty quickly with lil wipes. Before any other people feel left out, this run is pretty much a confidence booster for our main people and will get other people in, in future raids. Im doing this also because past week some of our people had been forced to pug kara because no1 was on to start a raid, which should not happen seeing we do got the #s for a least a 10 man to run smoothy. If this group goes good I will save the people names and we can use this group to progress further into za and trickle lower geared players into kara raids as well till we can start running 2 kara groups more sufficent then we can now. Also if your not in the group/accepted on group cal, its a eye opener to start working on your gear to help the guild progress further, few heroics are easy for blue quality gear ie pretty much any coilfang, and mech..badge gear is t6 equivalent. And if your a clothie tailoring is a good thing pretty much a set for every kind of clothie out there, same for leather/mail with LW (dont know much about them lol), and plz if any1 needs help with sockets/specs etc dont hesitate to ask an officer or any1 in the guild that may be experienced. These steps will greatly help the guild progress into 25mans quickly and less painful. And again I know theres a few more then 10 people that is pretty decent geared feel free to sign up incase we get someone that cant make it. And for the weeks after I wanna keep this time going if it does go good, so people will be expecting it more often, and we can get some more undergeared people into the raids.
