When I set up GC, it is set to automaticaly confirm, i guess it when i log on next and sync to the network. There has been some confusion lately about people being "put on standby" and confiremd etc. All i can say is that dont worry too much about your status

I take the first 5 DPS that sign up, and the first 2 tanks and 3 healers. I use the date/time stamps to do the invites. The only exception to this is on bosses that may require specific classes to get them down, ie warlocks/sp to tank the blue beam in netherspite etc.
